*out a half season…

the half iron man 22 weeks away is full and not accepting any more applicants and no half ironman around to register for.
this may be an olympic distance only year.. save for training days where i can do my own half iron…
next week training starts. or next… or whatever. its lame… constant pain in the leg… throbbing… i wish it would go away so i could run my 6 minute mile. or my 13 mile half.
but the doctor says rest.
